What is a developmental check?

Watching your baby learn and grow is a wonderful time but no doubt parents compare their babies, i.e. who starts smiling first, whether your baby is sitting by 6 months and so on.

The idea of a developmental check is using the government EYFS as guidance, I will come to your home and observe your child during their play time. I will look at what they are already achieving and the areas on where to encourage your baby more. With this I will provide activities for you to try along with products that can help with it. 

 

This is available for ages up to 5 years.

Having a developmental check can help steer you in a direction you may not have thought of before. It's to give you fresh ideas on how to help your child develop their skills.
